Greendale Bridge (empty)

Sometimes in the world of ultra-distance fell running the weather doesn't give you, even, an even chance.

So it was today when our plans for another successful Crossing and a repeat of last weekend's celebration on Greendale Bridge were blown away by, as the weather forecasters might have said, "strong to gale force" winds.

The hills are still there, no one died and we'll be back for another go.
