Always disappointing when I head into the department but forget to take a picture — the building is a treasure trove of blipping opportunities.

A slightly overwhelming day — the age old concern of how to keep hold of multiple thoughts and notes and to-dos and references for multiple chapters and sections all at the same time. But a chat with a colleague and a mess around with some software this afternoon (which confirmed it was the wrong path to take and simplified my options a bit) and I feel like I’m in a better place to get back on with work less distracted tomorrow.
