Future painting perhaps

I was awake all night with a huge pain in my toe.. turns out it is a recurrence of GOUT!!  I last had my first episode 6 years ago anyway suffice to say I had a bad night and had to ring the doc to get suitably strong meds by this evening.. thankfully after sitting by the phone all day someone did ring and approve the treatment. I cancelled the hygienist appointment and didn't get to the market to buy the seville oranges for marmalade.. it will have to wait till I can stand and walk about less painfully.  
Managed to do some sewing otherwise didn't do much.. spotted this still life in the morning sunshine.. wanted to paint it but.. perhaps I will feel more like it tomorrow
