The changing estuary

It's been a cold sunny day today with a clear sky from the start.  I headed off to the water fitness class.  The water was nice and warm and it was very steamy with the sun filtering through.  A good fun work out and then it was back into the cold and home.  

A day of sorting out various things and a short stint on the allotment.  The raspberry canes were cut but with all the grass growing around some of them it's certainly going to be hard work getting it back into shape.

Late afternoon I headed out to the estuary the shape of which has changed since the redevelopment project.  This view was taken from the new footbridge at a lowish tide.
