Fenced in

Portsmouth has so many buildings owned by the Ministry of Defence and one is close to Port Solent Marina at the top of the harbour. Its wire fence stretches out into the harbour with rather unfriendly barbed wire curled alongside.  I decided to head out there for an abstract blip - I am pleased with the result although the  photoshop polar coordinates actually provided the different perspective.
