Stan and I grabbed a quick walk in the frosty morning air, across the frosty ground, with hat, gloves and scarf on (me, not him), when we met a woman wearing a cardigan, linen trousers and flip-flops!

She seemed perfectly happy and nipped in to the local farm shop.

They're made of sturdy stuff round here!
