Blast from the past

Oh my gosh - I was helping my mum clear out some drawers (ready for her house move) and came across my old primary school photo, along with an old envelope which contained a lock of my hair from the same time.

I used to have really long hair at primary school, I remember it went all the way down my back and used to take hours to dry. I had it cut short before I went to secondary school (something I regretted for years) but didn't realise that my mum had kept some of my hair from that haircut. It's funny but I hadn't realised quite how red my hair was back then.
