Haarlem 1950 -- Breda 2024

His birthday was in August so he only made it to 73.
On his memorial card, his wife quoted the Beatles' famous Fool On The Hill.  The song suited him perfectly.  Services will be held this Saturday, in the afternoon.  I know I will shed a tear.  This picture is on the front of the memorial card.  He was just over 20.  I was horrified by a more recent photo of him inside the card... such a terrible difference.  Even I had to search for his features.
