Sunflowers

Today it has rained heavily for most of the day and continues to do so.  On the bright side I spoke to a very old and dear friend in the UK as it was her birthday.   Fifty minutes of reminiscing, laughter and how we would solve the problems of the world!
Yesterday I bought some sunflowers outside the supermarket.  They were being sold to raise funds for the rescue helicopter - good cause I thought, especially for these parts.  The sunflowers had to be my blip for today.
