Went out riding with the Institute of Sport Talent Identification & Development squad this morning and did some SE work. Strong head winds as well - it always works that way; up hill and into the wind. Legs are still complaining.

Evening Song is a new musical piece I have been working on. It is slow and quiet. Head phones are a must if you wish to listen. It is very short just 3 minutes 40 or there abouts.
