Said hello to Josefine, Julius and father Magnus after my morning mentoring meeting. The children had got a light cold, outside 15 C below, so better stay at home. Blip from their kitchen window. Mrs B and I are invited to friends yearly «Rakfisk» party ( = Fermented fish ). A fish dish made from trout, salted and stored for two - three months, or longer. Eaten without cooking. It has a strong smell and a pungent salty flavor. Really lovely if you manage to try it.
