Still blue...

...and still chilly...

Walked down to The Grand for brunch this morning - managed to bag a window seat overlooking the Longsands.

Wandered down to Whitley Bay afterwards, and had a second coffee at Valerie's ( are we getting in a rut?? )

We were going to catch the Metro back, but decided to walk instead - a cool 10k, and most enjoyable!
