Flower Friday
Nothing to photograph in the garden so an indoor blip of a hand painted plate I bought many years ago at a very small craft fair at Norwood Green village hall. It has always been a favourite of mine.
Very cold icy morning but now melted and temp. Up to 3C.
Unfortunately Martin had to take their dog back to the vets this morning and he has been put to sleep. As you can imagine very upsetting for him and his wife.
However he came to carry on the decorating at lunch time, but will have to be back tomorrow to finish off.
So we went out fir lunch, again!
This time to the Railway Pub in Drighlington near Leeds. Just up the road from where we live.
We both had their huge Yorkshire Puddings. Mine filled with leek and pork sausages, and roast potatoes on the side.
MrC chose roast beef.
What huge helpings. The biggest Yorkshires I have ever seen. I actually couldn’t quite finish mine. Certainly don’t want anything else to eat today.
Then called to see some friends who are off to Benidorm tomorrow for two weeks of warm sunshine.......hopefully!
Lots to catch-up and I now feel quite hoarse with none stop laughing and talking.
Having a nice cuppa while MrC watches the indoor bowling. ( with his eyes shut! Ha ha!)
Extra is a photo of yesterday’s Abstract. My helter skelter egg rack.
