The Royal Liverpool Hospital

Fear not! I was there for work purposes, not treatment. This place features very heavily in my working life as I spend a lot of my time liaising with the lovely staff there to improve patient experience - both for individuals and groups of people. Today I was there with a group of Polish people looking at how to make the hospital more accessible to their community and more responsive to their needs.
