Actually managed to have a morning and an afternoon today. It's been a while. 
Walked along to hand a bag into charity then collected my meds. Timed it badly to nip into Sainsburys for a few bits as the school kids just came out. 

This afternoon took a walk and stopped into the hospice cafe for some warmth. Then the seagulls photo bombed my photo on the way back.
