At the blousy stage

MyTulips, but still beautiful in their own way.

Still a bit frosty here but not so cold.  Still got no hot water from the gas boiler but our new found knight in shining armour plumber is doing his best.  Thank goodness for the immersion heater but expensive to run.

Our 'Hello Fresh' meals have come to an end.  We've enjoyed cooking them, my favourite was last night: spicy pork meatballs in a creamy dill and chive sauce with homemade chips and green beans.  Overall review on our kind and thoughtful Christmas gift is that it was fun making the meals together, fresh ingredients beautifully packed and very easy menu instructions to follow.  Downside:  There's an awful lot of plastic and stuff to recycle.
