A day for chores and a brief walk from the gym

Hair dresser appointment, with a lovely chat about H's boyfriend who is still in a nuclear submarine, under the ocean somewhere, on a 5 month voyage. She says that the time has flown and hope that it is the same for him. 

Then gym, and finally a short walk where I got today's blip. Then household chores. 

This evening we caught up on Winterwatch featuring Marsh Harriers, waders and Great Crested Newt.
