Sea pinks

After two weeks I am finally starting to feel normal again after my nasty throat and chest infection. I'm still not 100% though, as proven by how I felt after a short walk round the castle grounds in the rain this afternoon - I was wheezing like a 20 a day smoker! It was good to get out though.

Part of the woodland in castle grounds borders the sea, and this is where this photograph was taken; the sea pinks being a little glimpse of colour on an otherwise grey day.
