Unplanned
An engineer is scheduled for tomorrow afternoon as we still have no Internet.
The operative i spoke to noted that my case had veen with the high level complaints team for 180 days during our conversation. I confirmed that this was the latest problem in a long list of failings I'd experienced since ordering full fibre. Like many of the people I have dealt with, he was pleasant and appears to have done all that he can to move it along. Their processes seem, at best, clunky. We shall see.
I had to go into the office and afterwards we went to the supermarket as MrRiu was missing his online entertainment. It felt like the daylight stayed a little longer today but it was cold.
