Making Jelly

Serious business making jelly…..we’ve  just finished dinner and the jellies will be served with some fruit and ice cream shortly.  I need to finish my wine before we delve into deserts.
Another 32° day, hard going but just a little cooler this evening.  Mainly an indoor day because of the heat, we got out the games and I was roped into Let’s Dance, fun but exhausting. 
Lexi helped me prepare dinner helping to make the cheese sauce, calling it “Lexi’s Sensational Cheese Sauce” and washing and cutting the cauli.
