Banana Bread

I have no recollection of ever having baked a cake.
Had some bananas that needed to be used. So, following wife H's recipe, I put the mix together and baked it.
If I may say so myself, the texture was perfect, and it tasted divine when we cut it to have with our afternoon cuppa.
