Cliff track

Another walk with MrM this afternoon, slightly longer than yesterday. We started out a bit earlier, and though it was noticeably less bitter it was still well below freezing. We took our walking poles, only the second time we've used them, and they were certainly very useful on a long section of footpath that was covered in solid ice!

As we set out the sun was starting to go down, and just before it disappeared behind the hill it cast a golden glow across the landscape.
