Parque de invierno

This Winter Park, Parque de invierno, on the outskirts of Granada is a very popular place for families and all types of people to hike, walk, bike or run. I suppose its name comes from being on the sunny southern slope of one of the hills near the city which makes it a favourite winter spot.

 I was there because I went to say goodbye to a dear friend who passed away yesterday. The Park is very close to the city cemetery.
I stayed with his family and I felt sad and deeply moved because I appreciated him a lot. May he rest in peace.
