Ouch

It's been sheeting down for most of the afternoon, persuading me that venturing out for a blip was not too good an idea.
This is a 120-300 zoom left over from 35mm days; the front element had an accident. Although the chip is large, in relation to the area of the element it's fairly small. Using an adapter the lens still works well, fully manual of course, but it's not as though I'll be doing much handheld work, not with the equivalent of a 450mm., it's going to be a tripod job.
