Honeycomb bars.
More baking today as I needed to replenish stocks for lunch boxes (I hate making up lunch boxes!) and wanted to try another new recipe.
I decided to make some honeycomb from scratch as the original recipe used 8 crunchie bars! It's always quite exciting when you add the bicarbonate of soda to the bubbling caramel....

Both books I can highly recommend and have made many items from each one.

I only used about 250g of chocolate rather than the 400g suggested- to make it healthier you know.....
