'Blooze' & booze = a long walk

Last night I had to stay 'home alone' because Ann went to the 'Badger Inn' at Lelant to see local band 'BLOOZE'.

Ann and her friends are a bit like 'middle aged groupies'!!!!! They get all dressed up in their 'BLOOZE' Tshirts, dance about like they're 19 year olds which they definitely are not! and drink gallons of wine!!!!

As far as I'm concerned the good thing about Ann's 'wine drinking addiction'; is that she never drinks & drives.

So, this afternoon she said, 'Molly, shall we walk to Lelant to get my car? We can go the coastal route.' Lelant is about 4 miles away, probably slightly longer along the coastal path.

I was very excited. I love the coastal walk from St Ives to Lelant. Normally that involves me having a bit of a splish, splash, splosh in the sea. However, today the tide was coming in so Ann said we'd just stick to the path and not go down on to the beach.

We walked for more than one and a half hours.

I've had such a lovely walk this afternoon.

I hope 'BLOOZE' will play at the Badger Inn again!!!!!!
