Fruit / Birthday cake

Next weekend we are going to Islay for J's birthday with a few friends.
Last November I made a few cakes for Christmas. This was one that we have been keeping for the trip. Decided to check on it tonight. Seems very moist and in good condition. Should be nicely matured for the trip. Just needs a few more feedings with brandy and it'll be ready for icing.
Can't wait to try it. mmmm
