Mr. Crocodile

Today was day one of our Costa Rica cycling holiday. It has been very hot and humid today, but we managed a good ride in the morning in spite of the jet lag. After lunch we were treated to a boat trip up the river Tarcoles to see some of the wildlife. This crocodile showed his impressive set of gnashers as we passed at a safe distance. The first extra is an iguana  sitting among the greenery on the river bank. The second is of a spectacular sunset over the Pacific ocean when we arrived at Playa Bejuca which is our stop for the night.
