The Long Wait

Rufus report: For no particular reason, we were awake, up and out an hour earlier than usual for our daily dashing about on the village green - though no squirrels sighted on this mild morning. Surprisingly mild in fact. It seems last night's storm cleared the way for some warmer winds. 

Much of the rest of the day was spent waiting. Waiting for the cargo company to deliver my stuff collected in Akbuk last November (here) and waiting for bro to help me take Friday's Faux Pas back to Curry's and exchange for something more modestly sized. By 18.00 both were accomplished, (although of course, the model I wanted is out of stock, and so now, more waiting - a whole week).  

Enjoyable evening activities included watching "The Bank of Dave" on Netflix.
