It begins

Marmalade making batch 1.  We ran out this year! so have had to buy three pots to tide us over until I could get the oranges.  Last week had been earmarked to buy them but the gout put a stop to that.  Thankfully it is on the mend but still quite painful. I am so pleased I bought some boat like boots with a soft fur lining about 5 years ago as otherwise I wouldn't have had any shoes to wear in the cold weather!! The swelling is going down so all being well I might get into my normal boots tomorrow. 
More sewing and hopefully will get to the 22 items to throw out. Painting? perhaps that will be put on hold till tomorrow
