Training? Gaining insight?

I'm not sure what to think of this morning's meeting. On the floor a timeline was marked from the start of the library in 18something to the future of the library. Marked by events like a reorganisation, covid, new managing director, another reorganisation. We had to add pieces of paper about our thoughts, memories or feelings over time. 

I didn't mind doing it. It was interesting to exchange opinions on all that happened. But it's not exactly clear to me what the goal of this meeting was. 

Had a leisurely walk afterwards from city centre to my place of work.
