Monday

Last night and evening had to be the scariest nights I've had with the weather. My basin was quickly filling up, the.roof creaking and the rain battering the windows had me awake pretty much all night.  
I got up for Pilates and noticed a huge branch had disappeared from it and then saw it a few metres down the road. 
Back from a disastrous session where I wasn't able to follow instructions, silently cried at bits and had a really sore back as I was so tense. 
I zoned out this afternoon on the sofa loosing a few hours .
