Microseconds before I flicked the lamp off in the living room prior to me sitting down to watch Franklyn, I noticed a blemishy spotty bit on the S curve of the energy saver lightbulb. And then I instantly recalled noticing earlier today that the new icon for OS X's Energy Saver has changed to an energy saver lightbulb too.

How fascinating I hear you all cry.
