I bought these colourful little birds for Mum and Dad quite a few years ago and they have been on their fireplace ever since. Every christmas Mum would surround them in cotton wool to look like they were sitting in snow as part of the christmas decoration Dad would have lights around the fireplace and it made a lovely display, so when we were sorting the house out they were the first thing I chose and I will make sure this year they still have a snowy surround as part of my christmas decoration
