Working in the Rain!

11°C  -  23 mph SW Wind Speed  -  43 mph Gusts  -  Rain.  I'm not one for walking in the rain but it did stop raining for a few minutes and I noticed the vehicle standing up the road.  It was doing some work for the Water Board  -  it must be important to send men out to work in the rain I thought.  Worth a blip.  All battened down ready for the storm tonight!!
