A little bit more of our dad

These beautiful ornaments in my opinion, use to belong to our dear dad. They sit just to my left,talking prid of place on top of my fire place. Other news is I have slept for nine nights and days in a row, just weakening for meals and a lovely chat with my sister. I phoned my CPN to ask if I could reduce my mood stabilizers to one a night instead of two. Emma CPN is emailing psychiatrist to ask, the only other option is to switch medication completely to lithium which I am not keen on as it has massive effects on the kidneys. 15.15 just waiting on phone call to see what is going to happen. I either sleep or don't sleep at all depending on mood changes. I was on lithium and it is not for me.
