Trees at Sunrise
A busy day with an appointment for my husband at the local hospital. Then a snack in Tesco’s café while we waited until it was time to have our haircut.
Whist in Tesco I noticed they had some small fruit trees, which were £12 for two. I intended to buy some once the rest of the orchard has been cleared, but these will not be available then and seemed too good a bargain to miss. If they do not grow, I have wasted £36. They are very much more expensive than this, for one tree, in garden centres and on the Internet suppliers.
We both had our haircut and then completed the afternoon with coffee in Café Cornell before coming home.
Today’s picture of the sunrise, was taken quite early this morning and lasted about two minutes; it is straight out of the camera. It is entitled Trees at Sunrise, so it can be used as another entry for the u3a photography theme of something beginning with the letter T. It is my interpretation of something beginning with T!
The temperature at noon today was ten degrees Celsius.
