The storms are causing chaos. Not least to my Merseyside based plans for today. So I only got as far as Haddy when I took Joe to get the bus into work. Later I managed to rediscover the recycling boxes in a hedge but the garden chairs are shattered into bits.

A night indoors ahead I reckon.
