Memory Lane

Going through all the bits and pieces stored on the office ( overwhelming ) - came across this programme for Kidderminster Playhouse in 1967 . I was dancing with my ballet school’ Girls and Boys Come out to Play’. It was a massive production with many children involved. I was only 8 years old at the time . But I can remember being behind the stage and the dressing rooms vividly.
Sadly, the theatre was pulled down to make way for the Ring Road a few years later . My Dad was part of the local amateur theatrical group and was often Stage Manager for them, the Nonentities as they were called . Many famous future actors and actresses trod the boards here .
