Birthday cream tea at Perrywood

Morning art class - pen and ink - buildings - perspective. Enjoyable and challenging.  Used watercolour pens which were like paintbrushes. 

Lunch treat was at Perrywoods Garden centre for free cream tea. I promised myself before going that I would not buy a tree, but returned home with a Tree Peony. Hoping that it will be as good as it looks. 

Call from C sharing good news. Her diabetic journey is still on track. Now 15:5 and over 6 st lighter than the initial weigh in. Still obese but such an improvement. Feeling positive about it and hoping that the trend continues 'till the target is achieved. 

This evening in MAC we had a still life session - with a gorilla.  Amazing - I used pens and graphite. Pleased with the result.
