Storm Isha brought high winds to the UK. It was difficult to sleep with the wind howling. My neighbours fence blew down overnight.
I decided to cancel one of my yoga classes as it was in a village 20 mins drive away , along windy country roads.
My other class had a heating problem again . I had to phone up to get it put on and even then hardly any heat came off the radiators. Once again I had to change my class plan as it was too cold to do a long relaxation.
I was given two lovely cards in the class celebrating our engagement. Lots of kid words about my ring, which is a 10 petalled lotus flower , symbolising the heart chakra. It was made by a lovely silversmith locally.
