Crocheted Temperature Blanket

I met up with an old friend for the first time in almost 20 years.  Lots of talking over tea and teacakes and then went to have a mooch around  the Wool-in Garden City set up. So much temptation!!

I loved this crochet temperature blanket. I have seen knitted blankets and quilts attempting this, but this was amazing in the detail.  There were different crochet stitches used for each month and little crystals used to record events through the year.

Going back tomorrow to do a rag rug workshop (and maybe some shopping).  :-)
