So things have become a bit more real over the past few days, J get's keys for his new flat in 5 weeks time and in 9 weeks time my new tenants move in to my flat.

As a result I've spent this evening writing lists and then watching rubbish tv while sorting my coin box out. This is £22 something in 1, 2 and 5p pieces. Now I just need to transport it to the bank.

Lots more sorting, organising and planning to be done so it's going to be a busy few weeks.
