"Frame within a Frame"

The calm after the storm.  This was being escorted into Cobh Harbour this morning, I would say it had a rather rough crossing to get here !

Seeking some advice please....  I need to upgrade my photo editor programme, any recommendations.  They do not have to be free as I don't mind paying as I will need it for my course etc.  Thanks :-) x
