Hellebore

I had a morning working at Myddleton Gardens , mainly in the rain!  The garden is well known for its snowdrops and we   were preparing for their annual snowdrop sale this weekend when a number of nurseries come to sell bulbs. I understand that some of these sell for hundreds of pounds!   During the actual sale they've asked for volunteers to patrol the gardens as sadly some  visitors try to dig up the rare snowdrops in the gardens rather than buy them .
Having blipped a snowdrop on my last visit I photographed the hellebores today instead.
