Pastels

I had a lovely morning doing art with one of my lovely students. I’d bought some new pastels specially and we sat next to each other drawing for about an hour. As we were studying a Russian artist we also listened to music by a Russian composer. I was pleased that my student remembered the music from last term and sat there drawing and humming along.
The afternoon wasn’t quite as lovely but at least I’ve got a short week this week.
