I’m not big on kneading bread dough by hand when there’s a machine that’ll happily do it for me. This is it in its element. Unfortunately I don’t think it was wet enough (the dough I mean) as the proving was a bit slow and erratic and the end loaf which has just come out the oven looks a bit skewiffy. I’m sure it’ll taste fine though and even if it doesn’t it’ll definitely toast fine.
My cold’s a bit worse today so no Wednesday pub night. Settled for picking up a pizza and scoffing it in front of the telly.
