Not a great sleep despite not having to get up for work. In seeing mum who was a bit more brighter than yesterday. Still needs to eat more etc.
F still tired and uncomfortable with the packing, starting to eat a bit more at least.
A walk in the afternoon with D and Barney at the Esk which was quite full.
