Angel cake

I think Wednesday’s are my favourite day of the week because it’s hubby’s day off work and each Wednesday is so different from the last one. Today we did a few jobs around the house this morning and watched some of the tennis from Australia.
This afternoon we went in search of a new suitcase for our upcoming holiday…our last one was damaged at Tenerife airport. M&S came to our rescue on this front.
Tonight we met up with friends we haven’t seen for a number of years. Sue has had two kidney transplants, the first one was unsuccessful but thankfully the second one which she had eight months ago seems to have worked and she looks really well. Good to reminisce on past holidays we’ve had with them.
