the cook....

An early start to get a short flight this morning to Ndola in the Copperbelt (mining) province of Zambia!  Flight was beautiful - clear all the way so I could see the fields of crops below me as we flew.

Landed in Ndola and was picked up by one of our ministers and a member of the church who are going to be my tour guide for the two day trip!  We then travelled to Chililabombwe to see a small congregation where they hope to begin an Early Childhood centre.  The church is tiny but the children are many!  Had a lovely time with them and then was invited for lunch to the ministers house.  As we arrived, the cook was preparing the chicken as you see in the picture.  We waited some time for the lunch and it was delicious!  

Then we headed to Kitwe to spend the night before another full day tomorrow!
